About the role
Cham Business Ltd is seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern to support our client acquisition and outreach efforts across Rwanda. Working closely with our team, the intern will help identify and engage prospective clients, represent the company within the community, and contribute to marketing initiatives designed to expand our reach. This is a paid internship suited to an individual with strong interpersonal skills, professional presentation, and a genuine interest in building a career in sales, marketing, or financial services. Responsibilities: - Identify and engage prospective clients, introducing them to Cham Business Ltd's loan products - Represent the company at markets, community events, and other outreach engagements - Contribute to the development and distribution of marketing materials, including print and digital content - Track outreach activity and follow up on prospective leads - Report field insights to support the continuous improvement of client engagement strategies
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing manner Based in, or able to travel within, Kigali Fluency in Kinyarwanda required; proficiency in English or French is an advantage Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
